SNT is one of the largest providers in the Netherlands in the field of handling multi-channel customer contacts and is the country¿s longest established Contact Center organisation.
SNT works for large insurance companies, various consumer A-brands, banks, IT, Telecom companies and internet service providers. We are regularly called in to help run government campaigns and municipal projects. We work in a result-oriented way so that we can meet the wishes of our customers in the area of cost control, churn reduction and sales.
SNT has the longest CRM history in the Netherlands and therefore possesses a store of knowledge about and experience with customer interaction and customer interaction processes. Through the years, this knowledge has become embedded in our organisation and our processes. SNT is a very reliable partner and can build on well-established partnerships. At six locations in the Netherlands and Belgium (Amsterdam, Capelle a/d IJssel, Ede, Groningen Zoetermeer, and Antwerp), over 2500 agents handle customer contacts for various clients.
In SNT¿s customer contact centers, customer contacts are handled in an integrated way by telephone, email or internet ¿ 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. SNT staff answer questions, provide information, make reservations or perform transactions. To do this, they have access to the client¿s databases and customer systems. SNT¿s ICT specialists links these systems to the SNT infrastructure in cooperation with the client.
