Master Class in Multichannel Management
This year, Nyenrode Business University is again organising its Master Class in Multi-channel Management in cooperation with SNT and VODW Marketing.
SNT is one of the largest providers of multi-channel customer contacts in the Netherlands. So we know how to optimise the contact value per customer segment based on the business objectives of our clients.
During the master class, participants will learn how customers use different channels to come in contact with suppliers. They will also find out how to formulate a multi-channel strategy and see how this is realised and managed.
